Project Manager

Failure to plan is planning to fail. Such is the life of a project manager. They must be engaged with a multitude of stakeholders each with a different element they might be managing. A good project manager will learn to effectively and consistently provide communication to each.

Depending on the structure of the organization there may be a full-time project manager or an engineer that splits its time. Identifying which route is best can help set up your company for success.

The project manager should be organized and be able to set a schedule. It does not have to be super complex but it should include appropriate checkpoints to help ensure timely solutions. Being able to probe with candidates when interviewing is what helps us find the best fit.
