The next step is interviewing the candidate. We start with a phone interview to learn what our candidate is looking for. This includes both long term and short term goals. What drives that candidate, whether it is money, work-life balance, culture, etc. If we feel it is a good match we set up an in-person interview or a video webinar if we are unable to connect in person.
