OUR RECRUITMENT PROCESS
Our in-depth recruitment process starts with you. We sit down with you and go through the job description and find out exactly what you are looking for. We then get to work searching our candidate pipeline and many other sources to find you a candidate. Once we have identified a candidate, we complete a phone screening as well as an in-person or video interview with the candidate. Once we verify the references, we submit the candidate to you. We submit two to three candidates, get your feedback and then adjust our process if needed.
